I just went through this issue, and I had to tell the default web site on each machine in my federated scenario NOT to Accept certs, instead to Ignore. The /adfs/fs and /adfs/ls directories are properly configured to require SSL and Accept/Ignore accordingly so the root web site need not be configured for this.

I'm setting up the adfs-guide again. But only with other names.

I get once again this error

Server Error in '/claimapp' Application.

All certs are self created with selfssl. The configurate is absolute the same like my first test enviroment.

Last time, i only put all self-createt cert to the trusted root. But now it doesnt work.

NT-Token works with Sharepoint!

I dispair :(

You need to check the event log for any details on the exception and also enable verbose logging for the agent so that you can get any additional details related to the failure.
